You don’t need an account to order.  Please add items to your cart and checkout.  We will send you a no-obligation quote within
one working day.  If you choose to go ahead, on receiving payment by bank transfer or credit card we will send your order with the next available dispatch.

If paying by debit/credit card payment, please phone us with details (09 414 2522). Please note a 1.73% fee applies to credit card transactions.

We deliver frozen products to metropolitan, commercial areas nationwide, and ambient products everywhere in New Zealand.

If you are a non commercial address ordering frozen products, we can
arrange for you to pick up from your nearest Halls depot.

If you are a non commercial address ordering ambient products, please ensure someone is available to receive the delivery during business hours so it is not left outside in the weather.

All orders received by 9am on weekdays are dispatched the same day.

Auckland metro: orders are delivered the same day between 12-4pm.

Christchurch metro: orders are delivered the same day between 12-4pm.

Rest of New Zealand: please allow 2-3 days for delivery to metropolitan areas. Please note we are unable to guarantee these timeframes.

Auckland metro:
Orders over $200 before GST are freight free, otherwise a $15 charge applies.

Christchurch metro:
Orders over $200 before GST are freight free, otherwise a $15 charge applies.

North Island:
Orders over $250 before GST are freight free, otherwise a $20 charge applies.
Please note that frozen and ambient products travel separately. Each type must total $250 to qualify for free freight.

South Island:
Orders over $300 before GST are freight free, otherwise a $25 charge applies.
Please note that frozen and ambient products travel separately. Each type must total $300 to qualify for free freight.

 
Auckland Warehouse: 11 Vega Place, Rosedale, Auckland, between 8:00am-4:30pm on weekdays.
We have eftpos facilities on site. Please note, we do not have a showroom.
 
Christchurch Warehouse: This must be organised prior to pick up. Please email us at sales@reso.co.nz to organise a pick up. 
 

If you don’t see what you are after on our site, we are happy to try and source it for you. Please email us at info@reso.co.nz with the product details. It takes approximately 4 months for stock to ship to New Zealand.

As an importer/distributor we are certified under MPI’s National Programme 1, which remains current unless revoked. HACCP is not required. Download our NP1 certificate here.

We go over and above the local regulatory requirements and get annual certification from a third party, QAS. Download our QAS certificate here.

Frozen shipments can only be delivered to a business address.
