70 g Creme Brulee Powder, 250 g Milk, 200 g Cream. Whisk Milk, Cream and Creme Brulee Powder. Heat up to the first bubble while stirring. Remoe from heat. Strain then pour into ramekins then leave in fridge to set. Immediately before using, dust the surface with brown or raw sugar and caramelise with blowtorch.
